I completed my 200-hour YTT with SOYA and remain forever grateful for the deep foundations it gave my practice. Always eager to learn and grow, I am in the final stages of completing my 300-hour yoga training with Clara Roberts-Oss.
The wisdom of the human body continually inspires me. Beyond yoga, I practice as a Registered Massage Therapist and owner of Mountain Cove Massage. Both paths reflect my passion for therapeutic movement, nervous system regulation, and supporting the body’s innate ability to heal.
My yoga practice is deeply influenced by nature. When I’m not on the mat, you will find me outdoors, often skiing, trail running, or exploring the mountains with my rescue pups. For me, nature is a teacher, and weaving its rhythms into my practice helps me stay rooted and inspired.
