Born and raised in Kelowna, Shalanne is a dedicated yoga teacher with over a decade of experience guiding students both locally and online. Her teaching journey has taken her as far as Costa Rica, where she spent three months offering classes at a retreat center, deepening her connection to both practice and community.
Now stepping into a new chapter of motherhood, Shalanne finds herself returning to the mat with a renewed intention—creating space to reconnect, restore, and come home to herself. This lived experience informs her teaching, bringing a sense of authenticity, compassion, and grounded presence to each class.
Shalanne’s approach emphasizes mindful movement, breath awareness, and tuning into the body’s sensations. She offers clear, supportive guidance to help students feel safe, present, and empowered in their own practice, whether they are seeking relaxation, gentle challenge, or a deeper mind-body connection.
