Stephanie was introduced to Iyengar yoga in 2001 by a fitness trainer/hypnotherapist and found the mind-body connection helpful for staying grounded in daily life and managing spinal conditions.
Yoga continues to be part of her daily life and the depth of knowledge of the teachers continues to inspire her own learning.
She is a current member of the Finance committee and Board of Directors since 2024 and has served on the board for several years in the past, also as Treasurer.
