This 4-week series is for people who want to build (or rebuild) a real foundation in Kundalini Yoga.
You might be completely new to Kundalini. Or, you might have practiced before and felt like you were only scratching the surface. Wherever you are, this space is designed to meet you where you actually are… not where you think you “should” be.
Through a blend of breathwork, movement (kriya), meditation, and mantra, you’ll start to develop a clear awareness of your body’s energy systems. Not as an idea, but as something you can feel and work with.
Each session builds on the last. We start with the fundamentals and layer gradually, so you’re not just following along, you’re understanding what’s happening and why it matters.
This is more than a yoga series. It’s a space to:
- reconnect with your breath and nervous system
- develop mental clarity and emotional steadiness
- strengthen your intuition and internal awareness
- release built-up tension and restore energy
- build a practice you can actually sustain on your own
Leave each session feeling more grounded, more awake, and more connected to yourself. Over the four weeks, that tends to show up outside the practice too, in how you respond, focus, and move through your day.
You don’t need any prior experience. Just a willingness to show up and pay attention.

Cancellation up to May 4, 2026, 6:00 pm will result in a credit of the workshop fee minus a $10 cancellation fee to the student’s MindBody account.
