Shiv Nam, also known as Frank, started playing guitar at the age of 16 to accompany his singing. He went on to start playing live and played in a punk band for 10 years in Regina, Saskatchewan. In 2017 Frank started training in Reiki. He decided he wanted to start teaching yoga and began training at yoga fit and then in 2020 he went to India to study at the Moksha Ashram and Pyramid Yogshala where he received his 50-hour meditation teacher training and 200-hour yoga teacher training. He discovered and fell in love with Kirtan while he was there and decided he wanted to bring its magical essence back with him where he started practicing with his friend in Kelowna. A few years later, he started playing live Kirtans. Frank is a meditation teacher, a Reiki Master, and works doing readings for people using tarot and his intuition. He has been doing readings since 2017 when he went through his major spiritual awakening. When he was in India last in 2024, he was named Shiv Nam by a Baba.
Connor has played and created music for over 20 years with a wide range of instruments, using sound as both an artistic and therapeutic medium. He has also worked with energy for more than 15 years through practices including meditation, qi gong, Reiki, and quantum healing. By integrating sound, frequency, and intentional energy work, Connor supports people in reconnecting with their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and clearing energetic blockages. His work is grounded in the goal of helping others move toward their highest and most optimal state of health, balance, and vitality on physical, emotional, and energetic levels
Asana Hues (Anantasana Das) is a visual artist and musician whose practice bridges the spiritual and the natural—where meditation meets material and sound becomes form.
Rooted in Yogic and Buddhist philosophy, Western Esotericism, and Celtic heritage, his work explores the patterns connecting all living things through geometry, rhythm, and intuition.
Alongside his visual practice, Asana has been a musician for over 18 years, working with drums, guitar, and electronic production, often incorporating sacred frequencies and contemplative soundscapes. His musical path has recently included a sunrise set at Burning Man (2024), reflecting a long-standing integration of sound, ritual, and presence. His visual work has been presented at Kelowna Art Gallery, Headbones Gallery, Shambhala Music Festival, and Harvard Divinity School’s Spirituality and the Arts Conference, where he presented a series of artworks representing research and practice in the 7-chakra system of Sanatan Dharma, completed while studying for his BFA at UBCO, which he has recently compiled into a book.
Grounding these practices, Asana has studied and practiced Yoga for twelve years, informing a deeply personal, embodied, and devotional participation in ‘Collective Kirtan’.
